Housing loans:-

Goverment loans;

• Only for goverment servant.
• Entitled as legal goverment servant
• Need at least 3 month pay slip
• Duration of the loans is 30 years regardless of how much you pay for the deposits. You also cannnot reduce the payings duration by paying more monthly.
• Loans interest is 4.0% at the moment. It will change as time goes by depending on the economics status.
• Amount of loans depending on your salary.
